Any returned publications or CDs must be in saleable condition: Without UPC stickers, store markings or any damage to the publication.  If the item is returned in non-saleable condition as described above, NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.  If the next order reflects as credit because you returned a non-salable book, we will no longer do business with your organization until the matter is resolved.

All returns will be subject to a 50% restocking charge of the invoiced amount.  Your account will remain as a credit for 90 days.  If, during that time, additional orders are made the credit will be used against that particular order.  If no additional orders are made, your refund will be mailed upon your request.

Publications with a UPC sticker, other store marking, or damage must be paid for in the full invoice amount whether returned or not.

Please send this to your accounts payable department, your returns department and put this policy in your computer.
